Is the training free?
Yes! — for all qualified channel partners.
How long does each session take?
Training sessions typically range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the course content and participant questions. At Aleo, we understand that your time is valuable, which is why each session is designed to deliver practical, relevant information that helps you get the most from your investment of time.
Is it live, recorded, or both?
All Aleo training sessions are conducted live, either virtually or in person for local participants and group training events. Live instruction provides the opportunity to interact directly with our team, ask questions, and gain practical knowledge you can apply immediately.
As an example of the resources available beyond live training, our AleoBlue® Resource Center provides access to technical documentation, commissioning guides, training videos, and other helpful tools to support your projects.
Can I bring my contractor or facility customer?
Yes! Aleo’s training center is built for you and your contractor/facility manager/engineers to participate with you. All strategy discussions involving budgets, pricing, and programs are not included in the trainings.
Do I have to be an existing Aleo customer?
Being an existing customer is encouraged but not required. As we highly encourage all distributors to establish an account with Aleo, we do provide training to electrical contractors, engineers, facility managers, and integrators.
