With nearly seven years at Aleo Lighting, Vanessa plays a key role in driving operational improvement, enhancing productivity, and motivating her team to achieve company goals. She also ensures optimal resource management, contributing to the company’s overall efficiency and success.

Outside of work, Vanessa is deeply family-oriented, spending most of her time with loved ones. She’s passionate about creating opportunities for her family to enjoy outdoor activities, often cheering on her athletic family members at games. 🏞️⚽ A self-proclaimed pastry lover, she also enjoys discovering new adventures, whether close to home or thousands of miles away. 🧁✈️
